In 2002 Leo was developed by a project team made up of developers from REM Objects™, Perficient™ and Surprise Media™ for ACG Management Company, a commercial real estate owner, advisor and manager in the Chicago area. Based on an Internet platform, with a proprietary Smart Client viewer downloaded to client’s computers, Leo provides 24/7 accessibility to information in a secure environment.

You have the right to a FUN and PRODUCTIVE Leo Experience. We understand that one sure way to turn fun into frustration is when something goes wrong. Regardless of how rigorous a software product is tested at some point something will go wrong. But when something does go wrong, thanks to Leo Error Tracker, we’ll see it. The Tracker automatically notifies Leo management and support staff with information highlighting the type and location of the problem. (Rest assured no client data is ever transmitted.) You can also provide us with additional information about the incident directly on the pop-up error form.

Once the problem is fixed Leo Auto-Updater makes sure everyone’s system is automatically brought up to date.
