Leo Software is pleased to announce the implementation of version 2.12. All of these new features are based on comments and suggestions from our user community. The most requested new feature is the Single Story Stacking Plan with plan creation, viewing and printing improvements.
1. Single Story Stacking Plan Enhanced – Leo can now create a single story plan on top of a User provided background image.
Users control how a suite's color is displayed. It can be opaque, semi-transparent or transparent to reveal key background image information. Users also control the location and type of information displayed. Create a custom single floor plan and print or e-mail copies for your team.
2. Document and Folder Permission Improvement – Any User, not just License Group Administrators, can now create folders and sub-folders and have complete control over what others may view or do with those folders. In addition, permission changes to a parent folder now apply to its sub-folders and the documents in those folders.
3. Multi-Tenant Folder Naming – Leo
now makes it easier to determine which tenant is associated to what building by automatically adding the building's name
after the Tenant's name.
- Entering Lease Abstract information has been improved so that they can be created and modified quickly

Now all Leo Reports can be output to a variety of file types (PDF, Image, Excel, XML, and HTML) for inclusion in documents, web sites, and presentations or to be imported into other applications.
