Leo Software is pleased to announce the release of version 2.10.  All of the new features are based on comments and suggestions from you, our user community.  The most requested new feature is the top-down stacking plan view which is invaluable to those working with retail, or other, single story properties.

New Features

1. Single Story Stacking Plan – Use Leo to create and view top-down stacking plans for a single floor.  Go to the Stacking Plan tab and click on the floor's RSF value which is at the left of each floor and select "Single Story Floor Plan" from the drop down menu.  Here you can load a background image and use Leo to draw the outline of each Suite on the floor.

2. Month to Month Lease Support – Set the Month to Month flag for any Lease Abstract and Leo will show that suite as available at the end of the next month.

3. Contact Management– Manage your contacts with Leo.  Contacts can be organized by Building or by a specific lease, from either the Lease Abstract or the Buildings Details tab.   

4. Mortgage Face Lift– We've changed the look of the Mortgage section to make it easier to use.

5. Lease Documents now linked to Suites – Now, when you associate a document to a lease it will also associate to the appropriate suite allowing you to find those documents in either the Tenant or Suite folders of the My Documents page.

6. What's New Filtering Improvements – We've made it easier and significantly faster, to find calendar items within "What's New" by allowing you to enter a specific "Go To Date" and then selecting a viewing range: day, week or month.

7. Support for Lease Assumptions – Leo can now manage Lease assumptions so that the Stacking Plan can reflect budgeted leasing.
