Sales Representative

Description: Our team at Leo Software is expanding. As a Sales Rep with Leo, you will be representing the leading Property Information Management solution for commercial real estate. Leo is a unique solution with a nationwide market. Offered in the Software as a Service (SaaS) format with patented, interactive, visual interfaces, Leo provides unprecedented access to decision-quality property information wherever our users log-on. We are looking for someone with at least three years of sales experience selling software solutions or comparable real estate experience. You will report to the Midwest Sales Director, but you should expect to contribute at all levels of the company. You will work with the leads in our database, prospect for your own leads, attend commercial real estate networking functions, generate appointments both in person and over the web, demonstrate the benefits of Leo Software to potential clients, prepare agreements, close business, and report on activities. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and success.

Requirements
• Minimum three years of sales or real estate experience
• Sufficient number of failures from which you have grown
• Strong ability to prospect, negotiate and persuade
• Ability to use Microsoft Office tools
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Outgoing personality, good grammar, pleasant speaking voice
• Ability to work independently and with a team
