Leo was created by a project team made up of developers from REM Objects™, Perficient™ and Surprise Media™ for ACG Management Company, a commercial real estate owner, advisor and manager in the Chicago area. Based on an Internet platform, with a proprietary Smart Client viewer downloaded to client’s computers, Leo Software provides 24/7 accessibility to information in a secure environment.
Where does my building information go?
All your data and images are stored with RackSpace™, a Microsoft Gold Partner, at a secure hosting site in Virginia. Your data is backed up hourly on an incremental basis and your entire database is backed up daily. On a weekly basis all your data is again saved, but this time to a different RackSpace™ storage site for total data storage redundancy. RackSpace™ provides Leo with 99.998% reliability, among the highest available anywhere.
Can someone get into my system?
Only you determine who gets to look at what information. Our patented security system allows you to give limited, full or no access to anyone in your subscriber group including what we call foreign users (users from another subscriber group). This way, if your leasing broker is also a subscriber to Leo, he or she can be granted access to your database but only to those buildings and that information you want them to see.
How can Leo help sell your building?
Leo makes selling your building a lot easier. Use Leo as your electronic "war room". Collect and store all the necessary files within Leo. Buyers who make the short list can be given a user ID and Password and allowed access to the war room. You can change the ID's and Passwords to stop access at any time. If the buyer chooses to subscribe to Leo, you can transfer the files to them for that building at closing.
How do I get my information into Leo?
With Leo DataConnect key data from your data source is automatically imported to Leo and continually updated to create a building file. In addition building files can be created by entering data manually from a rent roll or by importing data from ARGUS™. After the building is in Leo, your document and image files are easily transferred from your desktop or retrieved from other directories on your computer.
